Troll on down to Lake George for the 4th Annual Granite City Days Fishing Derby. This event is co-sponsored by Jennings Decoy Company, ING Direct, Simply Ourtdoor Experiences and St. Cloud Park & Rec. All you will need is your fishing pole and bait. Jennings Decoy, ING and St. Cloud Recreation will supply FREE hot dogs and refreshments to registered participants. When registering, you may also sign up for some great prizes. There are also some other NEW great activities planned for this year’s derby. You don’t want to miss it.

Last years event was a great success with over 700 participants. We expect as many or more this year. We would like to thank these sponsors from last year’s Fishing Derby that contributed towards the cost or in kind for many of the prizes.

Fishing Equipment Needed! We are in need of fishing equipment donations, used or new, especially rods and reels. Used equipment will be used for kids to use at our events or anytime. New rods and reels may be used as a give-away to kids. Cash donations are also accepted to purchase equipment. Drop off cites are located at Jennings Decoy Company, 601 Franklin Avenue NE or at the ING Direct Café, 30 South 7th Avenue.
